Responsibilities

  • Leading engineering projects of moderate complexity, including developing and performing to project plans with a small multi-functional team, handling project costs, and preparation and presentation of status reports
  • Writing and execution of validation protocols and reports (i.e., IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.)
  • Providing technical support in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, preparation of specifications and operator instructions, process studies, production readiness, investigations, root cause analysis, problem solving, and report or presentation preparation
  • Updating procedures, manufacturing specifications, bills, routes, and travelers for product & process changes in the PLM system
  • Providing direction in supporting the needs of manufacturing areas in terms of meeting the requirements for quality standards, compliant documentation, capacity, and product availability
  • Supporting new asset purchasing and commissioning, working with OEM equipment manufacturers and distributors to develop user requirements
  • Working with multi-functional teams (Operations Value Stream, etc.) on projects in new product introduction, capacity expansion, transformational, and continuous improvement related to manufacturing operations
