Recent graduates may apply
Bachelor's degree in engineering (preference for Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
Basic understanding of production equipment and system integration
Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies
Ability to speak English and Korean (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth
Assist managing and directing all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment
Work with Manufacturing Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement
Help the Manufacturing Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production
Help establish and promote a safe working environment
