Requirements

  • Recent graduates may apply
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preference for Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Basic understanding of production equipment and system integration
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, including machine capabilities and efficiencies
  • Ability to speak English and Korean (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth
  • Assist managing and directing all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment
  • Work with Manufacturing Manager to create and execute a culture of continuous improvement
  • Help the Manufacturing Manager by maintaining and gathering data used to maintain a high level of production
  • Help establish and promote a safe working environment
