Requirements

Knowledge of ISO9001
Ability to use various hand tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, torque drivers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers
Ability to work effectively as a team member
Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in reading procedures, interpreting visual aids, and following mechanical and electrical drawings
Precision mechanical component placement and assembly
High School Diploma or equivalent education
[Bonus]: Experience in gloveboxes and working under a microscope with small parts

Responsibilities

Follow assembly procedures and work instructions with attention to details
Verify the integrity of materials to be assembled according to the assembly procedure and/or work instruction
Assemble components in specific orders, using the proper tooling and equipment specified in the procedures/work instructions
Visual inspection of components and/or assembly according to procedure/work instruction
Identify and report defective components
Ensure the accuracy of work-in-process associated with the work cell
Maintain cleanliness in your work area and surrounding workspace
Fulfill any other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business
