Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Military experience; 6+ years of experience coordinating travel; 6+ years experience in managing a travel sales team; 8+ year of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive team leaders to achieve quarterly sales and service targets
  • Collaborate across product, sales, and service departments to enhance operations efficiency
  • Develop sales strategies to drive results
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics
  • Work closely with marketing and partnerships to strengthen the brand’s global positioning and value proposition
  • Point of contact for member and partner escalations
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and training team members to provide best-in-class service to members
  • Curate special trips and ensure every detail is checked so that members have a stress-free travel experience
