Requirements

Bachelor's or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
10+ overall years of industry experience and 5+ years of leadership or management experience
Proficiency in Python/C/C++ programming
Experience with Firmware or BSP/Drivers
Ability to self-teach and learn quickly

Responsibilities

Supervising and guiding a group of software developers
Leading the development of testing infrastructure & capabilities
Leading all aspects of new features and platforms testing coverage
Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including Hardware, Firmware, DevOps, etc
Lead software verification team for NVIDIA's InfiniBand & NVLINK switch OS
