Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a ServiceNow development team and administrators, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support the career development of team members
Manage the team’s workload, priorities, and assignments using Agile (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) methodologies and the ITIL (e.g., incident, problem, change) framework
Establish and enforce development standards, code review processes, and best practices to ensure code quality, platform health, and scalability
Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support
Define and manage the ServiceNow development roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and IT strategy
Ensure solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and adhere to security and compliance standards
Drive continuous improvement and innovation on the ServiceNow platform, evaluating new features and releases
Manage vendor relationships related to the ServiceNow platform, including coordinating platform upgrades and patch management
