  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or relevant work experience
  • Proven track record in leading engineering teams and technical projects to success
  • Solid understanding of Agile Engineering methodology, Data Warehouse strategies, and Financial processes
  • Capable with Relational Databases, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and written skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate vision to executive leadership and translate it to implementation for the team
  • Combination of critical thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short- and long-term results

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Adobe leadership to grasp new needs from business and finance leaders while implementing advanced data platform for product metrics and spending data
  • Build, optimize, and scale an extensive data transformation pipeline and data warehouse while maintaining high engineering standards, automation, and quality
  • Grow, direct, and mentor a team of skilled engineers and data analysts, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere
  • Deliver regular and consistent updates to senior leadership on the status of multiple projects, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Successfully implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and improve data-driven decision-making
