  • Proficiency in Visitor Management System (VMS) regulation, functionality, and training 3rd party security personnel
  • Ability to control material gates, documenting incoming and outgoing materials

Responsibilities

  • Oversee safety and security of WMCBE-CES facilities, assets, associates, and vendors in Bengaluru or Chennai
  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies for facilities, associates, and vendors across multiple locations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in coordination with Senior Security Manager
  • Review and evaluate security processes, ensuring timely updates to Senior Manager
  • Design security measures to protect associates, prevent unauthorized access, sabotage, and theft
  • Manage and monitor security incidents, respond to breaches, investigate, and report to Senior Manager
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for contact center associates
  • Serve as BCP Planning & Program coordinator for WMCBE-CES business pillars
  • Provide insights to safety design in disaster management as member of Chennai Crisis Management Team
  • Manage and conduct all security audits, budgeting for 3rd party guarding services and security gadgets, and Due Diligence Audits
  • Maintain secure environment in all WMCBE-CES buildings by enforcing security protocols
  • Establish and maintain procedures to reduce internal theft and losses
  • Ensure timely completion of reports and commencement of necessary actions
  • Scrutinize and record all accesses into and out of the facility, including personnel and store entrances
  • Manage Access Control Systems (ACS), ensure functionality, and rectify malfunctions with vendors
  • Handle badging, issuing ID/access cards to associates, consultants, and contractors, with proper security, accounting, and documentation
  • Regulate visitor entry/exit via Visitor Management System (VMS), ensure VMS functionality, and train 3rd party security personnel
  • Control material gate, ensuring documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials
