Responsibilities

  • Deploy initiatives across carbon, waste, and workforce resilience
  • Drive integration of Responsibility into Greater China Operation through performance management, creating shared accountability, and developing effective communication
  • Partner across stakeholder groups (cross-functional geography & business partners, Responsible Supply Chain subject matter experts) to understand needs, drive action, and support 2030 sustainability targets and strategy
  • Embed sustainability accountability and culture
  • Act as project manager for smaller initiatives or partner with dedicated project managers on larger ones
  • Partner with Responsible Supply Chain team on global initiatives and Greater China Operation teams on local initiatives, acting as a connector to accelerate progress
  • Set and measure objectives and key results quarterly
  • Provide written input to and/or engage with leadership forums to educate on Responsibility initiatives
