Responsibilities

Own and manage the full lifecycle of change requests for software, hardware, and configuration updates in the retail sportsbook environment
Coordinate deployments with internal teams and casino partners to ensure compliance documentation is complete ahead of every launch
Submit and track regulatory approvals across U.S. state and tribal jurisdictions with precision
Serve as the compliance lead for technical change rollouts, mitigating risks and keeping go-live timelines on track
Support new market entries and project-based initiatives by contributing to regulatory submissions and launch readiness efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant documentation
Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory changes
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and workflows
Provide effective communication to internal teams and stakeholders regarding regulatory changes and compliance requirements
