Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and inventory performance through lifecycle visibility, vendor partnership, and execution precision
  • Align launch forecasts for new items and ensure inventory flows meet modular timing
  • Collaborate with suppliers on flow and supply plans, manage purchase orders, and prepare for supplier disruptions
  • Execute allocation decisions using inventory systems to manage limited availability
  • Partner on seasonal builds and promotional inventory planning to match timing and demand
  • Manage inventory for recalls, vendor returns, and end-of-life transitions, ensuring appropriate plans and supplier collaboration
  • Lead fast, focused recovery through data-driven root cause analysis and get-well execution
  • Identify and resolve out-of-stock issues to maximize in-stock availability
  • Build, execute, and track recovery plans; correct modular execution errors related to replenishment
  • Improve inventory health metrics by reducing understock, overstock, and aging inventory
  • Monitor On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery metrics and partner with suppliers to address late or incomplete shipments
  • Ensure smooth product movement through the supply chain and inventory systems while meeting key performance indicators
  • Manage open-to-buy (OTB) and line reviews to align inventory with business goals
  • Ensure product flows support resets, modulars, and promotional windows; respond to disruptions and imbalances across channels
  • Execute inventory distributions effectively using inventory systems
  • Ensure the right inventory is positioned at the right time for customers at the lowest cost
  • Partner across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sourcing to align inventory strategies
  • Proactively drive improvements in inventory health, strategic positioning, and recurring constraints
  • Drive the execution of business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting performance standards, and measuring progress
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities by selecting, training, mentoring, and assigning duties to associates
  • Build a team-based work environment, ensuring awareness of company policies, procedures, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans, communicating goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning
