Responsibilities

  • Serve as an asset-level operational leader, driving projects forward by translating global regulatory strategy into executable plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to ensure Regulatory functional plans align with compound/program objectives and commitments
  • Act as the primary project management point of contact for Regulatory functions
  • Work closely with the Global Regulatory Leader (GRL) and partners across Global Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Medical Writing, Clinical, and other key functions
  • Ensure confidence, quality, and speed in the delivery of the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) portfolio
  • Empower teams to deliver the highest possible impact for programs, business, and patients
