Erfahrung mit Qualitäts- und ERP-Systemen (z. B. TrackWise, Windchill, Babtec, SAP oder vergleichbar)
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz

Responsibilities

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Quality Control Teams (ca. 7 Mitarbeitende)
Analyse von Produktabweichungen sowie Einleitung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Planung und Koordination von Prüfprozessen für Wareneingang und Fertigung
Verantwortung für die regulatorisch konforme Chargenfreigabe inkl. Device History Records (DHRs)
Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitäts- und Fertigungsrisikobewertungen (z. B. pFMEA, Rückverfolgbarkeit)
Schnittstelle zur globalen Supplier-Quality-Organisation und aktives Mitglied im Qualitätsnetzwerk
Steuerung von Lieferantenqualitätsprozessen: Lieferantenqualifizierung, Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen, Erstmusterprüfungen, Audits sowie Reklamationsmanagement
Erstellung und Reporting relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen (KPIs)
Vorbereitung und Begleitung externer Audits sowie aktive Rolle während Behördeninspektionen (z.B. FDA)
