Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product operations or similar
  • A proven ability to create executive-ready communications, including PowerPoint slides and strategic documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to senior audiences
  • Ability to operate with extreme ownership and drive high-impact initiatives to completion
  • Collaborative but self-directed, able to work through ambiguity, iterate fast, and proactively identify gaps

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior TPM to develop board materials, ELT updates, investor pages, and product org-wide communications
  • Translate technical, financial, and product content into structured narratives with high visual and strategic polish
  • Design clear, compelling presentations that support critical planning, prioritization, and investment decisions
  • Collaborate across R&D, finance, and go-to-market teams to extract key insights and elevate message clarity
  • Support ad hoc strategic projects including roadmap storytelling, board communications, and strategic material preparation
  • Ensure everything you touch reflects Caseware’s high bar for quality, trust, and clarity of thought
