Requirements

Technical knowledge and depth to propose and influence new product and feature ideas, especially in automation and enterprise quality/risks
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Experience working with key stakeholders to understand dependencies and prioritize customer needs
Experience preparing strategic roadmaps and communicating them to leadership and stakeholders
Experience delivering products against plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, distributed-responsibility, and ambiguous environment
Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Strong work ethic as a team player willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done
Thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys teamwork with technical experts
Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic vision and immediate priorities
Passion for technology and deep understanding of developer experiences

Responsibilities

Envisioning, designing, and delivering solutions that improve software delivery teams' quality of life while maintaining high quality and security standards
Defining and executing strategy to improve developer productivity, test automation, and delivery pipeline
Partnering with tech and design teams to deliver tools and strategies for developers to write, build, test code, and leverage test automation in DevOps pipeline before release
Driving adoption of development tools and automated testing, and providing quality measures for developed software
Championing developer needs using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry best practices to establish developer experience vision and strategies
Defining features and collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives
Engaging stakeholders (Engineers, SDLC, Architecture, Risk, Cyber) through various channels to serve as the voice of the customer internally
Identifying new capabilities and defining product features
Working closely with development teams to incorporate features
