Responsibilities
- Become product certified by completing training modules on the Everlaw platform
- Individually contribute to all stages of development for features: define problems through research and user interviews, provide feedback during design and development, test features for quality and user experience, update documentation
- Build a team of talented Product Leads, owning hiring decisions that reinforce company values and team culture
- Provide individual mentorship to help team members meet career goals
- Collaborate to define and establish effective product development processes emphasizing user understanding, value delivery, and excellence
- Help team set clear goals, provide feedback, manage project workloads, and pitch in as needed
- Drive business growth by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and stakeholders to understand user needs and market opportunities
- Have an active voice in product strategy and a clear vision for execution
- Steward best practices in product development and provide guidance/mentorship to the team
- Understand users and business goals to guide development of the investigation and litigation platform
