Requirements

Responsibilities

The Order Management Manager – Domestic will lead and manage a team of domestic order specialists, overseeing the end-to-end order processing workflow for all U.S.-based customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will own the order processing lifecycle, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining compliance with SOX controls, Axon’s booking policy, and audit requirements. The role involves driving continuous improvement in order processes, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting go-live operations for new product offerings. Additionally, they will train and develop the order management team, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
