Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
Deep experience with manual regression testing and automation using Playwright
Experience with database software such as SQL Server, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA processes
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and test management tools
Ability to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor QA effectiveness
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
Develop and maintain manual and automated test strategies with a focus on Playwright
Oversee regression testing and ensure thorough test coverage across features
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define test plans and ensure release readiness
Track and report QA metrics to ensure continuous improvement
Define and maintain best practices for bug reporting, triage, and resolution
Build and maintain test environments and automation pipelines
Champion quality across all phases of the development lifecycle
