Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Deep experience with manual regression testing and automation using Playwright
  • Experience with database software such as SQL Server, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA processes
  • Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and test management tools
  • Ability to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor QA effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test strategies with a focus on Playwright
  • Oversee regression testing and ensure thorough test coverage across features
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to define test plans and ensure release readiness
  • Track and report QA metrics to ensure continuous improvement
  • Define and maintain best practices for bug reporting, triage, and resolution
  • Build and maintain test environments and automation pipelines
  • Champion quality across all phases of the development lifecycle
