Requirements

Responsibilities

As the Manager of Identity and Automation Engineering, you will direct the IAM infrastructure's design, implementation, and maintenance, primarily leveraging Okta, and work with the Information Security team to align IAM initiatives with enterprise security. You will drive the integration and migration of applications onto Okta, act as a subject matter expert, and ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policy compliance requirements. Additionally, you will establish and maintain structured environments for automation deployment, oversee CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automation solutions, and lead the automation team in developing and implementing Workato workflows while ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
