Requirements

7+ years of experience in a security operations role
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Strong knowledge of security principles, best practices, and security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and GDPR
High expertise in security tools

Responsibilities

Direct, guide, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers to ensure expertise is maintained and operational effectiveness is achieved
Recruit talent, perform reviews, and promote ongoing learning
Develop and implement security strategies aligned with organisational goals and compliance needs
Evaluate emerging security technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the security architecture framework
Work closely with Security Engineers and other IT professionals to ensure the security architecture is maintained and up to date
Ensure that current tools and KPIs meet Danaher standards
Keep up to date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend new security measures and technologies as needed
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s cybersecurity framework
Lead a team of engineers and analysts
Orchestrate the deployment of security solutions
Ensure the daily operational integrity of all security measures
