Requirements

Bachelor's degree in administration, business, international relations, commerce, any engineering or similar field
Intermediate Conversational English
Planning: Execute activities based on strategic planning, understand and align with corporate objectives, efficiently use all resources to achieve objectives
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Properly analyze options before making a decision, has critical thinking (often outside the box), seek to go beyond the obvious to find the origin of the problem, thinking oriented towards definitive solutions
Problem Solving: Use techniques to identify root cause, use creativity and logic, knowledge in data analytics, let people participate in solution generation, boost team creativity and leadership
Inventory Management: Knowledge of optimal inventory levels, using systems and tools to manage requirements and solve problems, knowledge/use of ERP (SAP), ability to analyze and make decisions regarding coverage parameters, extreme ownership to involve team in goals and objectives
Supply Chain Management: Significant knowledge of how the supply chain works, intellectual curiosity to understand other departments, global analysis capacity to understand opportunities and react to contingencies
Important relationship with suppliers and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Lead the materials procurement team
Manage all purchased materials
Ensure availability of material to meet production plans
Lead the team in the execution of materials dispatch
Plan and execute actions focused on inventory reduction
Participate in senior leadership reporting forums
Have timely communication and escalation of supply opportunities to mitigate impacts
Maintain optimal inventory levels to keep the business competitive
Focus on proper planning and execution, effective and timely communication with internal and external clients
