Candidates should possess experience with state estimation/SLAM systems, ideally with camera and/or lidar components, and demonstrate leadership experience managing a team of engineers to achieve technical goals, typically with three or more reports. Strong software engineering experience in C++ and Python is preferred, along with experience scaling software systems to large-scale operations and familiarity with large-scale software infrastructure.
As a Manager, Localization, you will develop a roadmap and handle strategic planning for the team, manage the delivery of technical goals, and provide overarching technical guidance including system architecture and algorithm development. You will also manage the technical and career development of team members, ensuring the seamless integration of offline systems into operational workflows, and focusing on developing and testing on-vehicle software.
