Requirements

  • Experience in Internal Audit, creating and managing internal controls, Risk Management, Compliance in ERP systems like SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA (SAP/GRC, and other environments)
  • SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA advanced audit experience – ability to access data systems to perform audits with little or no assistance
  • CISA certification preferred
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and maintain professional skepticism, critical thinking, strong analytical, and creative problem-solving attributes
  • Strong project management/organizational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support SOX404 and other critical compliance related processes like SDLC and project management
  • Handle scoping, documentation maintenance, identification and remediation of SOX and other critical compliance relevant issues, and the monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual attestation process
  • Test the Design Effectiveness of the IT department's Control Activities processes and the Operating Effectiveness of financial reporting controls (ITACS)
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, internal company audit staff, and external auditors to analyze, evaluate, prioritize, and implement necessary technologies or technology related process improvements and modifications, including manual controls and automation
  • Manage and execute multiple compliance concurrent projects and functional support activities globally
  • Support the IT Compliance team with IT Change Management activities, Validation activities, IT Audit, and other compliance related activities and processes
