Responsibilities

Proactively plans, leads, and/or supervises audits, activities, and special projects
Conducts risk assessment, scoping, planning, detailed execution of fieldwork, and reviewing the work of audit teams
Applies a risk-based methodology to achieve timely results and high-quality audit deliverables in accordance with the IIA Global Auditing Standards
Collaborates with Internal Audit Directors and Managers to determine resource allocation for successful audit execution
Contributes to the design and implementation of the internal audit quality and improvement program
Manages team members, ensuring appropriate audit procedures and documentation are conducted
Conducts performance reviews and other managerial tasks
Assigns and supervises the accomplishment of departmental objectives and administrative tasks
Utilizes technology and tools to drive audit efficiencies
Plays an instrumental role in project management, ensuring accurate reporting to company management
Coordinates status updates with the company’s independent public accountants
Coaches, mentors, and develops audit talent, driving team engagement
Liaises with business and finance leadership, communicating project status and audit results
Analyzes processes and data, assessing compliance with applicable procedures
