Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted relationships with appropriate academic and community Thought Leaders (TLs) in Immunology through high-quality peer-to-peer scientific dialogue (proactive and reactive, via 1:1, group presentations, virtual channels)
  • Collaborate and engage in scientific dialogue with TLs to gain insights on clinical landscape and develop product/disease area-focused medical plans for effective launch and Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities
  • Proactively engage in scientific and clinical conversations to support medical plans, launch, and LCM
  • Engage with medical societies and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) as appropriate (with Corporate Affairs)
  • Provide training for external speakers as needed
  • Provide medical support to address unsolicited HCP questions in real-time (face-to-face and via Medical on Call virtual capability)
  • Engage in educational dialogue with relevant HCPs, sharing clinical evidence and information based on physicians’ needs and field medical plan
  • Ensure medical community is fully apprised of safe and effective use of BMS medicines to support patient access
  • Appropriately document and achieve annual objectives (implied)
