Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of clinical education content for Neurovascular Fellows, integrating input from KOLs, Health Care Compliance, Medical Science, Commercial Marketing, and Fellowship program directors
Define and execute regional Fellows’ education strategy in collaboration with sales leadership to align with market priorities and engagement goals
Collaborate with regional Field Sales Organization (RSS, TM, CAS) to ensure adoption of curricula and effective transition-to-practice
Architect and evaluate new and revised Fellows’ programs using outcomes data, customer feedback, utilization metrics, and the Fellows database to drive continuous improvement
Produce comprehensive Fellows’ training guides for the Field Sales organization; conduct quarterly reviews to refresh content based on unmet needs and evolving tools
Oversee program registration, enrollment communications, and information flow with Neurovascular Field Sales organization
Design and optimize event facilitation to deliver an exceptional customer learning experience; manage session logistics
