Requirements

Candidates must possess over 5 years of progressive experience in Investor Services, Investor Relations, or Fund Administration, ideally within private markets. A strong understanding of the complete investor lifecycle in a private funds context, from onboarding through liquidity events, is essential. Proven leadership, mentoring, and management skills for client-facing operational teams in high-volume, deadline-driven environments are required. Excellent communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities are necessary, along with a client-centric mindset focused on practical, business-aligned solutions and sound judgment. A Bachelor's degree is required, and professional certifications in project management or financial services are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Fund Administration will lead and manage the daily operations of the Investor Services team, overseeing the entire investor lifecycle including onboarding, compliance, treasury, account maintenance, and LP communications. This role serves as the primary escalation point for client inquiries, issues, and requests, providing timely, practical, and client-focused resolutions. Responsibilities include managing client expectations through transparent communication, exercising sound judgment to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate issues, and leading, mentoring, and developing the team with a focus on accountability, client service excellence, and continuous improvement. The manager will also drive team performance and accountability by managing and reporting on critical SLAs for all investor services.
