Requirements

Ability to support the run state of digital transformation systems and user access management processes
Capability to drive standardization and efficiencies across systems, processes, and controls in Finance digital transformation initiatives (SigniFi and TransAct)
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally, including to New Brunswick, NJ as needed
Ability to interact with numerous senior leaders through in-person meetings, presentations, etc
Strong collaborative and presentation skills
Core understanding of existing Finance and Compliance processes to drive toward future vision

Responsibilities

Developing, deploying, and governing standard compliance processes
Providing strategic compliance support to SigniFi and TransAct digital finance transformation projects, focusing on User Access Management (UAM) and other system compliance processes
Providing compliance systems support across all major system and tool deployments within SigniFi/TransAct Digital Core, Planning and Forecasting, Consolidations, and Reporting initiatives
Supporting the governance, monitoring, and maintenance of J&J’s enterprise internal controls within UAM processes and financial systems
Providing compliance support to SigniFi and TransAct digital transformation projects, focusing on UAM and other relevant system compliance processes
Shaping Global Finance processes and championing Global Standardization and the Finance 3-Tier model
Leveraging understanding of Finance and Compliance processes to drive the organization toward the SigniFi/TransAct future vision
