Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience supporting all aspects of CMH buildings and related systems
  • Thorough understanding of CMH facilities and infrastructure
  • Extensive trade industry experience as a technical advisor
  • Ability to support in-field troubleshooting and training
  • Capability to ensure preventative and scheduled maintenance programs are met

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational functionality of all CMH facilities and act as a go-to technical resource for all in-field teams
  • Work with senior leadership to build a culture prioritizing safety, employee/guest experience, community/environmental responsibility, and financial results
  • Help develop and implement strategic goals and objectives aligned with CMH business strategy
  • Develop and implement key performance objectives to meet business/guest expectations and optimize employee productivity
  • Plan and participate in meetings with key leadership and project teams, providing inputs for timely task completion
  • Partner with Area Management teams to achieve facility-based goals
  • Create and implement a standard maintenance procedure across all CMH Areas
  • Ensure all Facility Maintenance Technicians adhere to safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
  • Support and provide feedback/direction to CMH Area Management and Facility Maintenance Technicians on core facility and building systems to ensure functionality
