Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead the Workplace Experience team, which encompasses facilities operations, maintenance management, physical security, safety programs, and employee engagement initiatives that shape the RSC experience
  • Drive long-term workplace strategic roadmap, including space planning, change management, and future-of-work initiatives aligned to business and culture goals
  • Oversee facilities operations, capital project execution, vendor partnerships, and lease/budget planning, ensuring efficiency, safety, and scalability across the RSC campus
  • Partner with dining, catering, and amenity providers to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for employees and visitors
  • Coach and develop a team of people leaders, supporting career growth and cross-functional collaboration within a high-performing team environment
  • Own special projects and cross-functional initiatives, solving for evolving workplace needs through creative, strategic, and operationally sound solutions
