Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA designation, and at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience with large-scale accounting software like SAP, proficiency in database tools and financial reporting packages, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Expense Accounting will oversee SG&A expense accounting, including payroll and benefits, and develop end-to-end accounting processes for all SG&A expense categories. This role involves assisting with the close process, reviewing and approving journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, analyzing financial statement fluctuations, and collaborating with FP&A. The manager will also liaise with other departments, assist with audits, develop accounting policies, enhance analytical processes, and manage and develop staff.
