Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law required, with preference for information science, computer science, or related field; advanced degree advantageous
  • 5+ years in content operations, knowledge management, or data enrichment, including leadership of specialist teams
  • Hands-on experience with taxonomy/ontology management, metadata standards, and CMS workflows
  • Practical familiarity with ML/AI evaluation, data labelling, and human-in-the-loop quality controls

Responsibilities

  • Own global metadata models, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomy for RC Content; maintain change control and documentation
  • Define tagging policies and quality thresholds; implement audits and corrective actions
  • Partner with regional content functions to embed taxonomy in drafting standards and CMS templates
  • Establish best practices for training data creation and evaluation for AI-assisted tasks (classification, summarisation, extraction)
  • Design human-in-the-loop quality controls and acceptance criteria for model outputs
  • Coordinate pilots that apply AI to accelerate content production, QA, and delivery
  • Collaborate with Technology to evolve CMS workflows, APIs, and pipelines for scalable delivery and reuse
  • Champion structured content, componentisation, and automation to improve throughput and reliability
  • Define telemetry and dashboards for throughput, cycle time, and quality metrics
  • Recruit, coach and lead a cross-functional team of leads and experts
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content Managers to prioritise enablement initiatives tied to business outcomes
  • Run communities of practice; publish playbooks and training materials
  • Lead the content enablement function that powers discoverability, quality, and transformation across the Regulatory Compliance portfolio
  • Manage metadata, taxonomy, and enrichment standards; drive automation and AI-assisted workflows
  • Partner with Product and Technology to modernise content operations
  • Manage SMEs to support ongoing AI testing for product roadmap and sustaining AI usefulness
