The Manager, Cell Therapy Manufacturing will lead, direct, and develop a manufacturing team responsible for the daily clinical and production of autologous and allogeneic cell therapy products, ensuring safe and compliant operations according to cGMP requirements. They will monitor and improve production metrics, oversee hiring and development of staff, lead audits, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure manufacturing processes adhere to protocols and SOPs. Additionally, the role involves revising documentation, investigating deviations, and contributing to analysis and presentation of technical results.
