Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of managers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Develop and organize the overall strategy for Foundation Models as they relate to driving behavior and scenario understanding; interface with multiple partner teams to identify opportunities for Foundation Model adoption
Provide technical guidance in the design and development of training large, multi-modal foundation models and work with partner teams on ensuring efficient inference
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimization strategies and drive continuous improvement
Manage the allocation of resources within the team, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately and team members have the necessary tools and support
