Requirements

  • Deep understanding of advertising effectiveness methods (e.g., MMM, Lifetime Value Modeling, Test/Control frameworks) and excitement about developing new approaches to measurement problems
  • Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable insights leading to client satisfaction
  • Comfort with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and digging into large datasets
  • Excellent analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to present insights internally and externally and develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, self-starter, team player, curious lifelong learner
  • Creative thinker and storyteller able to transform complex data into resonant stories
  • Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and solving challenging problems in Advertising Measurement
  • 5+ years of experience with Advertising Effectiveness or Research methodologies at an advertising platform, vendor, agency, or brand in a measurement or strategy role (preferred)
  • Past experience delivering value in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous team environment (preferred)
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data and presenting interpretations in an easy-to-understand manner (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key conduit between Strategy, Product, Sales, and Data Science teams and advertising/agency customers
  • Represent and evangelize Attain’s measurement capabilities and methods to the market
  • Present measurement findings and represent Attain externally to key brand, agency, and strategic channel partners
  • Partner with internal teams to design GTM strategies for delivering measurement to partners and clients at scale
  • Analyze and interpret campaign measurement reports and build client presentations around interpretations and analyses
  • Partner with the Data Science team to analyze data and/or review methodological approaches to inform product decision-making
  • Work with multiple key stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert on Measurement products and overall data asset
  • Meet with ad tech or measurement channel partners to brainstorm ways to bring new measurement solutions to market
