Requirements

Candidates should possess experience with configuring and supporting content management software, customer service or consulting experience, and the ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs. They should also have experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to work remotely and independently. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs is considered a nice to have.

Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Consultant, the role involves providing post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients, including configuration of users and groups, document types, properties, and workflows, bulk import/export of content and data, ad hoc training of users and administrators, analysis and deployment of new product features, maintenance of production and sandbox environments, creation of customer reports, and execution of customer change requests.
