Requirements

Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
Experience with diagnosing and repairing various types of machines (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical)
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and PLCs
Experience with CMMS programs
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Process Development)

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and emergency mechanical and electrical maintenance
Respond to urgent machine failures, coordinating parts procurement and personnel
Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and PLCs
Leverage electrical skills to engineer and design solutions for process changes
Monitor running conditions of all major systems and critical units
Collaborate with technicians, vendors, contractors, department managers, and engineers on maintenance matters
Review, analyze, and enter all work order requests
Review and ensure all work orders are entered into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Participate in executing continuous improvement and loss elimination projects
Install machinery related to the manufacturing process and the plant’s physical structure
