Requirements

  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or maintenance related program or equivalent technical education or experience
  • 2 years of related technical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, fluidic, optical devices/systems, control systems and other equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and processes
  • Reading, writing and speaking English fluently. Additional knowledge of Dutch is preferred
  • Previous experience in a regulated environment (plus)
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and unplanned maintenance on standard and custom build automated laboratory equipment
  • Coordinate events with Lab Technicians, work with team members as well as individually to ensure preventative and unplanned maintenance is completed
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, fluidics and optical devices/systems as well as PLC controlled systems
