Requirements

Knowledge of plastic injection molding machines (e.g., Milacron, Arburg, Nissei, JSW) and auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, chillers, thermolators, grinders, robots)
Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues
Skills in installing, aligning, and maintaining molds, screws, and barrels
Capability to monitor and troubleshoot equipment alarms, sensors, and safety devices
Experience with accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and work orders
Ability to assist in mold changes, machine setups, and process support
Collaboration skills with production, tooling, and engineering teams
Knowledge of general plant maintenance, facility systems, utilities, building upkeep, and infrastructure repairs
Adherence to safety procedures and compliance with OSHA and company standards
Ability to recommend and assist with equipment upgrades, improvements, and cost-saving initiatives

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical issues
Install, align, and maintain molds, screws, and barrels
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and work orders
Assist in mold changes, machine setups, and process support when needed
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment alarms, sensors, and safety devices
Work with production, tooling, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
Support general plant maintenance, including facility systems, utilities, building upkeep, and infrastructure repairs
