Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred
3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
1 to 2 years supervisory and/or management experience
Electrical/electronic background and experience with conveyors, welding, air compressors, scanners, electronic controls or industrial building maintenance
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
Previous experience with MP2 program and PLC preferred
Familiarity with Radio Frequency and pick-to-light systems desired
Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning and organization skills
MS Office Suite proficiency
Must be able to continuously walk the Distribution Center for an extended period of time
Must be able to lift or move up to 60 lbs
Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts when needed

Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support to the DC Operation on specified shift (2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm)
Manage a team of hourly technicians
Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the maintenance personnel
