Responsibilities
- Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines (e.g., conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling/disposing hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, correcting/reporting unsafe situations)
- Clean all areas of the facility (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using company procedures, approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
- Ensure safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program
- Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, including rotating/storing chemicals properly and ordering replenishments when low
- Ensure customers have a great first and last impression
- Maintain a positive attitude
