Requirements

  • Must be able to work hours assigned by management (Mondays to Fridays, 9:00AM-6:00PM)
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 60 lbs. using a cart; frequently lift 40+ lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
  • Effective use of vision, hearing, and communication to interact with onsite staff

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 5-star customer service in all interactions
  • Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing shipments
  • Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Serve as point of contact for mail/package inquiries and notify employees of deliveries
  • Keep the Business Service Center neat, organized, and well-stocked; replenish office supplies as needed
  • Follow shipping/receiving procedures and ensure correct packing methods and materials
  • Maintain professionalism and build strong working relationships across teams
  • Support training of back-up staff and assist with sensitive inquiries
  • Proactively identify additional tasks during downtime
  • Provide exceptional service to both client and employees
  • Report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership
