Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months of related work experience in mailroom, office support, or customer service
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
  • Willingness to travel between multiple sites within a 40–50 mile radius (parking free or reimbursable)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility with shifting schedules or assignments
  • Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50-55 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations at multiple sites
  • Perform mailroom duties including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with print production tasks such as copying, scanning, and binding as needed
  • Provide front desk/reception coverage, greeting visitors and directing calls professionally
  • Maintain accurate expense reports and follow company procedures for mileage and reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and company standards at all times
  • Adapt quickly to varying work environments (legal, insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing offices)
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and coordinating issue resolution
  • Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
