High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Ability to select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines
Basic to intermediate skill level on manual lathe (indicate part, turn ODs, and qualify ID)
Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry
Basic communication skills in English and good command in Thai

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts by operating mechanical equipment
Assist with the setup, operation, and adjustment of various types of conventional or automatic machines including lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other precision equipment
Assemble parts into sub-units or complete units
Provide problem recognition and solution selection among predetermined alternatives on simple work assignments
Follow simplified or highly patterned processes
Set-up and operate special purpose equipment, conventional (lathe/mill), and/or numerical control (NC) machines and machining-centers
Fabricate metallic/nonmetallic parts that hold to high-quality machine standards
