Requirements

  • Ability to work in both cold and warm environments
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery
  • Forklift certification (preferred)

  • Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately
  • Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots
  • Ability to read, speak and write English

Responsibilities

  • Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets high standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Maintain food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices
  • Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing
  • Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork
