Responsibilities

  • Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets high standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Maintain food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices
  • Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing
  • Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork
