Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a management role. Deep expertise in natural language processing (NLP), language models, and conversational AI systems is essential. Experience in building and scaling production machine learning infrastructure is required, along with a strong background in real-time systems and performance optimization. Responsibilities

The Engineering Manager for Text Systems will lead and grow a team of Machine Learning Engineers and Researchers focused on text-based AI systems. Responsibilities include architecting and implementing scalable infrastructure for model training, fine-tuning, and inference. The manager will design and optimize response generation systems for natural, contextually-aware bot conversations and build robust intent detection and bot classification systems. Additionally, they will develop efficient bot building pipelines, create frameworks for measuring and improving text generation quality, and establish infrastructure for continuous model improvement through user interaction data.
