Responsibilities

The Machine Learning Engineer will innovate and optimize algorithms for ads retrieval, ranking, CTR or CVR prediction, auto bidding, and auction mechanism design, proactively devise new solutions to enhance ad quality and maximize advertiser ROI, and collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions, demonstrating leadership and self-motivation in driving projects from conception to completion.
