Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing and supporting macOS in an enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with both Jamf Pro and Endpoint Central (ManageEngine) for macOS management
  • Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager, MDM enrollment, and automated device provisioning
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD, or similar) integration with macOS
  • Familiarity with software deployment, patch compliance reporting, and endpoint security on Mac devices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, and Finance
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Jamf 200+ certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage macOS devices using modern management tools, including Jamf Pro and Endpoint Central (ManageEngine)
  • Collaborate with the Endpoint Specialist to ensure alignment between Mac and Windows management strategies
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac endpoints with standardized policies and applications
  • Coordinate with the Service Desk and Asset Management teams to ensure accurate lifecycle tracking of all Apple assets
  • Partner with Security to ensure macOS systems remain compliant with organizational security and encryption standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve macOS-related incidents and requests escalated from the Service Desk
  • Assist in defining and maintaining configuration baselines, user profiles, and software deployment policies
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for Mac users, including imaging, enrollment, and deprovisioning
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams on macOS best practices
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve Mac management processes for efficiency and compliance
