Candidates need a BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 7 years healthcare industry experience, including experience leading large strategy and execution programs, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred qualifications include an MBA or graduate degree, experience building M&A deal financial models, developing initiatives to realize M&A goals, and advising business unit leaders on improving acquired businesses.
