  • Develops business integration plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Manages execution of integration plans and ensures on-time execution
  • Partners with business leaders to coordinate integration activities with broader business operations
  • Takes ownership of integration-related business challenges and drives solutioning
  • Achieves deal budgets
  • Builds detailed execution plans for deal value drivers
  • Identifies risks to integration success and leads problem-solving with senior leaders to mitigate those risks
  • Owns leading deal commitments and targets
  • Builds relationships with stakeholders
