High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Valid Driver’s License required
1-2 years’ experience within the low voltage landscape lighting or electrical fields (educational experience can supplement)
Good written and oral communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic math skills
Team player with positive attitude and proven ability to work hard in a fast-paced environment

Physical agility required to access all areas of properties and landscape sites, assist in manual labor, and lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Performance of low voltage landscape lighting system auditing, fixture focusing, troubleshooting, repairing, and adding additional fixtures or scenes to pre-existing systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site
Ability to work with home automation systems, such as Lutron systems, to turn on and off lighting zones and adjust programming as necessary
Accurately record labor hours and materials used for each job, maintaining clear and organized documentation for project tracking and billing purposes
Utilize strong time management skills to follow and adjust daily schedules as needed to meet project deadlines and productivity goals
Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with your Field Production Manager to receive instructions, provide updates, and coordinate daily tasks
Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and adheres to industry’s best practices
